A well thought-out roles and rights concept reflects the organizational reality in the system. It enables differentiated control of access rights – for example at the level of projects, studies, samples or administrative areas. At the same time, it ensures transparency and traceability.
\nWith the current update, the BioARCHIVE roles and rights system has been fundamentally enhanced. The aim was to flexibly map both small research teams and complex organizational structures with multiple locations or clients.
\nA clearly structured authorization system is not just a technical function – it is a prerequisite for data protection, compliance and efficient collaboration.
