Without a clear structure, uncertainties quickly arise:  <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Who is responsible for which data?<\/li>\n<li>What information may be viewed or changed?<\/li>\n<li>How is sensitive content protected?<\/li>\n<li>How can organizational hierarchies be mapped in the system?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A well thought-out roles and rights concept reflects the organizational reality in the system. It enables differentiated control of access rights &#8211; for example at the level of projects, studies, samples or administrative areas. At the same time, it ensures transparency and traceability.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the current update, BioARCHIVE&#8217;s roles and rights system has been fundamentally enhanced.
