At least as important for a decision is how the supplier is set up internally. Because the use of software in studies or the establishment of a sample administration\/biobank is a far-reaching decision. The products are often used by customers for many years and are an important part of their production chain.<br\/>Therefore, before a purchase decision is made, not only should the software meet the customer&#8217;s requirements, but the quality of the entire company should also be verifiable.
