At the end of January, MEDEORA GmbH once again passed an external audit by a well-known German pharmaceutical company.
In such an audit, the entire company is put to the test; it confirms our work not only in the area of software, but also the important task of quality management, which we have implemented for years and put into practice internally.
In this way, we can also show new customers that the decision to choose us as a supplier is not just about a good product. At least as important for a decision is how the supplier is set up internally. Because the use of software in studies or the establishment of a sample administration/biobank is a far-reaching decision. The products are often used by customers for many years and are an important part of their production chain.
Therefore, before a purchase decision is made, not only should the software meet the customer’s requirements, but the quality of the entire company should also be verifiable. (MEDEORA GmbH 2/2020)
