MEDEORA supports the non-profit project Clinical Virology Net (CVN)

9. February 2023

For more than ten years, MEDEORA has supported the Clinical Virology Net (CVN: https://public.clinical-virology.net/). There, data on respiratory viruses and bacteria are collected and presented in a way that is accessible to the public. Here one can read in detail the course and current status of respiratory viruses and bacteria. Unlike the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the CVN also records all non-reportable pathogens, which account for a large proportion of colds. These data can be viewed and analyzed in Lifetime here

The big difference between the CVN data and the data collected by the RKI is that the RKI can only provide the reportable data.
