- Optimized documentation – Whether quality assurance or materials management, all organizational information can be managed directly in the software, without additional tools.
+++ Improved document management
- Laboratories can now organize their documents even more clearly. The ability to create subfolders allows a clear structure to be created, making it easier to access important files.
- Versioning ensures that changes to central documents remain traceable at all times, guaranteeing transparent and controlled document management.
+++ Extended storage location
- Virtual boxes from external laboratories or working groups are now directly visible and immediately accessible in your own cold storage. This facilitates the exchange of samples and optimizes collaboration between different teams or laboratories.
+++ Efficient aliquot management
- Aliquots from approved studies can now be checked out and checked back in directly by partner laboratories. This enables smooth, cross-location use of samples and strengthens collaboration between laboratories without the need for time-consuming coordination or additional systems.
+++ More flexible input masks
- Individual input masks can now be designed even more precisely in the projects. The new label field enables fixed labels for important information that cannot be changed. This allows clear instructions or standard specifications to be stored directly in the mask.
