Announcement: Digital solutions for research and laboratories – practical examples with BioARCHIVE

6. October 2025

The requirements for laboratories and research institutions are diverse: samples must be managed securely, studies documented, legal requirements complied with, and results made available for long-term use. Different types of organizations – from academic groups to public institutions to companies – each face their own unique challenges.

With our BioARCHIVE software, we have supported numerous projects in recent years and seen how varied the application scenarios can be. To give you a practical insight, we are launching a series of articles in which we present specific case studies:

  • Companies that provide biological samples for others
  • Research groups that organize their studies
  • Pharmaceutical laboratories with special requirements such as Form Z
  • Public institutions with complex data structures
  • and many other fields of application.

Each issue of this series highlights a scenario and shows how BioARCHIVE supports the respective institution – from simple sample management to complex, networked research.
