Building on our last post.
Studies and research projects rarely remain static:
π new questions
π new data fields
π new team members
A rigid role model quickly becomes a bottleneck. The decisive advantage of individually configurable access control:
– roles can be adapted at any time
– new data structures can be controlled immediately
– projects can grow without having to rethink the system
This keeps BioARCHIVE flexible –
even when studies become more complex.
In the introductory post, we showed that access can be controlled down to each individual data structure.
In the next post, we will look at why this is also crucial from a responsibility and compliance perspective.
