New knowledge base and AI-supported assistant available in BioARCHIVE

30. July 2025

New support services: Knowledge base and AI chat assistant

Two new help services are now available to support our users:

1. online knowledge base

At https://medeora.de/en/knowledge-base/ you will now find a structured knowledge database with:

  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Answers to frequently asked questions
  • Videos and documentation on the functions of our software

The contents are continuously expanded and updated.

2. integrated AI assistant in BioARCHIVE

BioARCHIVE now includes an intelligent chat assistant that responds to frequently asked questions and offers help directly in the system. The answers are based on the contents of the knowledge base and enable quick orientation – without external research.

These new functions should help to clarify everyday questions efficiently and make it easier to familiarize yourself with the system.

If you have any questions, please contact our support team as usual at support@medeora.de.
