The following new functions are included in update 13.1.10:
+++ The possibility of collaboration between individual working groups within a biobank has been significantly improved once again: The latest version of BioARCHIVE enables even smarter networking and centralisation within biobanks. With optimised functions for collaboration between working groups, departments and different laboratories, customised access rights are now possible. — Individual access control: Each working group only has access to the studies and samples relevant to them – the rest remains invisible. This allows teams to focus on their projects without being able to access irrelevant data. — Maximum security: The biobank manager retains complete control and can release specific data. This prevents unauthorised access and ensures data security.
+++ MEDEORA’s ‘BIOARCHIVE’ sample management software is now compatible with LVL rack scanners!
Laboratories and biobanks using LVL scanners can now connect directly for more flexible sample management and tracking!
BioARCHIVE already supports scanners from Ziath and Thermo Fisher.
+++ A timer (top right above the log-out) shows the user now how long he will remain logged into the system. The login time can be extended by clicking on the clock. The login time is also extended if you are active in the system.
+++ A new report that provides an overview of all aliquots that have been finally removed or deleted.
+++ A new report that provides an overview of all boxes that have been relocated in the system.
+++ The box report now includes the following overviews: Empty boxes, partially filled boxes, released boxes
+++ The process of identifying parameters that need to be checked in the monitoring system (Reporting/Tasks) has been simplified. You can now jump directly to cases where the parameter is highlighted with a blinking icon.
+++ Clearer presentation of the samples in the boxes.
+++ Presentation of the contents of the box in compact form and in detail, as well as the releases of the box for external laboratories.
+++ Link from the sample out of the box to all information documented for the sample.
