How to use the chatbot

  • Click on the chat icon (bottom right of the system).

  • Type in your question or request – e.g. “How do I create a new study?” or “What is an aliquot type?”

  • The chatbot immediately provides you with the right answer or refers you to further information.

Tip: For complex issues or personal support, our support team is still available to you – directly via the support area in the system or by e-mail.
