Data export
With the CSV data export, you can quickly and easily export a wide range of data from your system. The export takes place as a ZIP file and contains standardized CSV files for various data areas.
This is how the export works:
Select data range
To export data from the system, go to the desired data area in the menu (e.g. samples, examinations, cases) and select the “Export” option.
Select export type
In the menu you can choose between:

CSV data export (for Excel, databases, etc.)

XML data export (for structured, machine-readable formats)
select. CSV is selected by default.
Set export options
You can customize the following options in the lower area:

Field separator: e.g. semicolon (
;
) or tab -
Decimal separator: e.g. comma (
,
) or period (.
)
These options are important for compatibility with Excel or other tools.
Restrict search (optional)
You can restrict the export to a specific search (query):

Select a previously saved search.

Only the data that matches this search is exported.
Note: Searches can be created and saved in the Reporting menu item > Search.
Start export
Click on “Start new export” to begin the export process. After a short time, the ZIP file with all the selected content will be ready for you to download.
