Introduction: Projects as individual input masks
In the MEDEORA software, “projects” refer to individually configurable input masks with which you can enter additional data in a targeted manner – exactly where it is necessary for your work processes. These masks can be configured flexibly and are not limited to a specific data area. For example, you can use them to enter additions to patient data, examinations, samples or studies that go beyond the standard fields.
Typical application scenarios for projects:
-
Extension of patient data: For example, if you require special information on risk factors, medical histories or consents that are not contained in the standard master data.
-
Your own questionnaires for examinations: For example, you would like to document symptoms, scores or subjective assessments.
-
Additional information on samples: Such as special storage conditions, transportation times or special requirements for laboratory analyses.
How the project module works
Under Administration -> Projects you will see a list of all projects that have already been set up.
-
Display: Clicking on a project shows the associated settings.
-
Edit: All properties can be customized directly.
-
Create new: You can use the “New” button to create a new project including mask.
With projects in MEDEORA, you can create customized forms that optimally reflect your individual requirements. This keeps the user interface clearly structured – and your data complete and targeted.
