Check-In & Out – Visually via the repository
This function takes you directly to the graphical view of the freezer. There you can easily work with the individual positions in the box.

The input screen is identical to the manual check-in:-

At check-in:
Automatic numbering:
The software automatically creates a consecutive aliquot number based on the sample name.
→ Example: Example sample-001, example sample-002, example sample-003 etc.
When editing:
All changes made (e.g. aliquot type, referencing) apply to all selected aliquots at the same time.
When deleting:
Deleting removes all selected aliquots – quickly and efficiently.
An explanatory video shows the entire process step by step.
