To check one or more aliquots out of the system manually, proceed as follows:

• Search for sample:
  Use the search function to find the desired sample.
• Enter aliquot details:
  Enter the desired aliquot type, the number of aliquots and the box type.
• Click next:
  Click on “Start search” to continue with the check-out.

• Aliquots list:
  On the left-hand side you will see a list of available aliquots that can be concocted.

• Click on “Next” to export the aliquots.
• Note on data deletion: If you activate the “Yes, check out and release aliquot permanently from the system” checkbox, the data record will be permanently deleted. In this case, traceability in the database is no longer possible – the aliquots are then considered to have been completely removed and no longer exist.
